I think Frazier has hired some good coaches, his problem is the extensions. :(

Why not? She may be the best head coach on the NIU payroll, although you can argue the volleyball coach is pretty damn good too.

My guess is she stays a while. Pure speculation on my part, but I think she could have gotten a better job than NIU, but geography played a part in her settling into this job.

Funny you mention that. Met her and her family(4 kids and both parents coach) and didn't realize that she and her husband both from Omaha area (Iowa I think). She may stay awhile but after speaking to them they miss being around their families.

Agreed. But with her kids in their teens, she and her husband may want to wait out the high school years before making a move from the area.

5th grade. She goes to same school a school my son. Doesn't travel with team unless it's weekend. She's a really good bball player. Learned a lot hanging around her mom's teams.
