Chapter One. Since Barack Obama took office, the Democratic Party has lost 63 seats in the House, 11 Senate seats, and, most important, 13 governorships and a remarkable 947 state legislative seats. Rejection of the Democratic Party has been general across the U.S.A.

The End.

Cool story bro.

If there’s one thing that this election season has taught me is that conventional wisdom, ie the narrative the MSM pushes such as "The Madness of Trump" is usually dead wrong.

But go, keep believing the prognostications of the left that got 100% of everything wrong about this election and all ensuing allegations.

This is such a ridiculous meme for you guys.

And sorry, but it does not deter us in anyway if that's your goal with it.

lol @ "The Resistance". Folks need to grow up and move on. This nonsense is just silly.

Then you're clearly not paying attention. Trump is bent on taking away many people's rights, freedoms and social safety nets. We should move on and take it? No offense, but STFU. This is America dude! 04-rock

Instead of bland generalities, why don't you give specifics. What rights, freedoms and safety nets?

I know the Democrats are determined to limit the rights given in the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 9th and 10th amendments and to work their way around the 6th.

I'm sure that gerrymandering accounts for some of it.

But, Democratic super-majorities (ie, 67%+) in large urban areas and Republican majorities (even if slightly) in most suburban and rural areas explains more of the swing.

So you are of the opinion that the USA is a vast liberal bastion but only gerrymandering is responsible for the Democratic Party losing 63 seats in the House, 11 Senate seats, 13 governorships and 947 state legislative seats?

Or perhaps the most simple explanation is that the American voters have rejected the Democratic Party.

I know which one makes more sense to me.

But go on with gerrymandering. See how that flies in the next election cycle.

Sounds like Wilson is the crazy, unhinged lunatic.

Far from it...you should follow him on twitter. He retweets the actual crazed and unhinged lunatics in their full glory...along with hilarious smack downs.

He seems like Kristoff, a bitter, unhinged loser. I looked him up. He was one of the never-Trump group of Republicans. Places like Politico and Huffington Post like to quote him.

Just read an entire knob-slobber fest on the guy, since I'd never heard of him. Written for Mother Jones... So yea. "Never be President", "Destroying the GOP"" etc.

This guys got the prognostication skills of Muh Nate or many of the leftists around here.

Remember the pending "landslide"?!?

Quote:The remnants of the conservative right watch as the Trump Troll Party grunts tweet-derived talking points from an obvious madman, abandoning principle, reason, fact, and intellectual rigor. The irresistible, gravitational draw of his charismatic lunacy has pulled even smart conservatives into its field. I had a heated series of messages with a conservative writer this weekend who wouldn’t even bring himself to acknowledge that this absurd moment was a creation of Trump’s fevered imagination and fueled by a Trumpbart conspiracy fantasy. It perfectly illustrated the post-logic right; they will contort themselves beyond recognition to back up even the most ludicrous propositions if they can scream “but Obama!” and “lock her up!” and “but the MSM!”
