Grew up near VA Tech, been to LSU. Talk about opposites. If someone loves the VA Tech atmosphere, they probably won't like Red Stick, and vice versa.

No doubt they're different. But Buzz is from TX and has coached at New Orleans...he might like it there. He only took the VT job b/c he wanted out at Marquette.

Buzz wants total control. He wants to big BMOC. The basketball coach at LSU is not getting that treatment. No way he'll go there.

Kermit Davis may finally get his $EC shot. He was an AC there before going to MTSU. Tearing it up in CUSA.

Football will always be king at Va Tech, of course so will it at LSU.
