He probably remembered us at about #17, and didn't want to go back and have to renumber his list.

I happen to think some of the 'lesser' tournaments are the most exciting. Especially the ones played at home sites where there are full gyms and the fans are all pumped up - and only the winner makes the NCAA. The SoCon, Summitt and MAAC finals were all great this year. Good games and lots of drama.

I think the WAC needs to go to the conference winner host format - though much tougher to pull off in the West due to the long distances between teams.
