Outlawing civil unrest or the call for it is a dangerous line to walk... that said, as much as I dislike her, that's not what she said and you guys are reaching.

I took it as reference to the past, she used the words marched, bled, and died assuming in reference to the civil rights movement. Her words probably will incite civil unrest in the form of rioting but it's not what she said. I take no issue with the marching and protesting parts that it may incite. It's possible she had an underlying message and picked her words carefully.

Opposition to your opinion may take issue with your message and react with use of force and attempt to silence you in ways that may involve you bleeding or even dying, regardless of whether your opinion is right or wrong.

I think that interpretation ignores the, "We can do this again," part. I agree that her words will probably incite riots, and I think that was precisely her objective. I agree she picked her words very carefully. I believe that this was done in order to give her deniability, and to give her apologists the opportunity to pursue the same line of argument that you are.

Bottom line, I believe that the witch truly intended it to incite riots, and she doesn't give a damn who or what might be hurt in the process.
