Hopefully the bleachers are only for the cheapest sections... you know, for the proletariat.

Student section and upper corners had always planned on being bleacher seating.

Many places that had chairbacks in their student sections are actually removing the chair backs and either putting in "bleacher" seating or no seating at all. The idea is that they want or expect the students to be standing throughout the game...and they can pack more of the students in.
