Owls go for win #22 tonight although oddly the game means nothing really (except perhaps it will help the RPI and chances of hosting a CBI game? Rice is the 5 seed and knows we're playing the 12 seed USM Wednesday afternoon in Birmingham.

Actually one other thing to shoot for tonight is a win gets us into a 3-way tied for 3rd place. We'll still be the 5 seed but I'm pretty sure that would be our highest conference finish in perhaps 25 years?

We're giving up layup after layup after layup. Down 22-31, and playing poorly on both ends of the court.

Not as much passion knowing makes no difference. Hopefully pride will get them to kick it into gear.

Really playing sloppy on the offensive end. D has tightened a bit the past couple minutes, but we're playing nowhere near the level we played the last 2 games.

4-point play by WKu ups their lead to 39-33 with 1:39 left.

Down by 8 at half 43 - 35, and we're lucky to be that close as WKU outplayed us by a mile the final 10 minutes of the half. Aside from lack of defense, the TO problem is killing us tonight.

Wow...open 3's and open bunnies has the Owls down by 8 at the half. Tighten up the D and we can get back in the game. Thus far just letting WKU do things they haven't done all year.
