No one is talking about being closer to anyone else in this thread and neither has anyone said we are better than any other program in the league. But we have a right to enjoy a win over an historic program, whether they are down or not. The win doesn't say anything at all about the future nor the quality of our team, and no one in this thread is saying that it does. Just get the **** out of this thread and go worry about friggin UCF or whoever else you supposedly cheer for on your list.

A year ago Josh Pastner won both games against UConn. Memphis fans didn't blow those games out of proportion.

UConn is under .500 right now. So is ECU. That's an important piece of information. Considering ECU's SOS Rank, that's alarming.

If UConn had ECU's schedule they would be well in the 20 win category right now.

forget what BEH is saying. EZU and UCF are not even comparable this year. RPI is the best way to compare two teams over the course of the season, EZU is 200+ UCF is around 70. Thats not comparable no matter how you slice or dice it.

EZU played UCF very well and came within a nuthair of beating us both times. Reason being EZU has a very very good center who essentially made tacko irrelevant. Hardly anyone has been able to do that all year, so to that I give EZU much credit.

Saying the teams are on the same level though is laughable and not even remotely true. UCF beat cinci so I guess that means were on the same level too right? lol no.
