29 has to be the over/under for me. Win against UH, win two in AAC tourney, win one in NCAAT.

I think 31 is the likely number.

I think UC beats UH, loses at UConn, goes 2-1 in the AAC tournament, and wins 1 or 2 in the NCAA to get to either 29 or 30 wins.

I think we can beat both Houston and UCONN.

Since we are solidly in the tournament, I would hope we would lose the first game in a meaningless conference money grab tournament.

This allows us to rest and prepare for what is the important goal..preforming well in the NCAA tournament.

Conference tournament means nothing. It's a money grab only for the conference. If UC didn't have to play is a meaningless game in 2000 we might have been able to hang a banner that actually meant something. Conference got their money. What did UC get?

Let's lose the first game and rest for the games that actually mean something and pay some money to the University.

Doing that will probably cost UC a seed line, if not 2. Win the conference tourney and we may move up a seed line. So could mean a 2-3 swing in seed, which could be crucial to March. Plus I like having momentum heading into NCAAs.

I like fresh legs and extra practice time. Bigger advantage than momentum.

Teams that win their conference tournament often make deep runs. Just win and get the highest seed. Fresh legs is overblown
