Ummmm...No one said it would be enacted in the US. It is CLEAR though that in England which as been liberal in allowing these people in..that the majority of them favor making gays criminals. If that does not spur your brain understand the mindset of the average Muslim from these regions?...well

Can't compare US to Africa. Africa was literally facing an existential threat from AIDS. When one's existence is threatened, they do things only they understand.
