Which of the following will first go FBS: George Mason (yes, I know it doesn't currently have a team), Delaware, Villanova or our own JMU?

You should include a None of the Above option.

I would add Stony Brook to the list. They have already discussed it and planned for it.

George mason. I also want to nominate North Alabama, a move up from D2. They will also be fbs first.
