They already waived Williams, might as well sign Douglas for the rest of the year at this point. I have no idea what the trade market looks like for backup point guards or what we would have to give up for an upgrade.

How many teams have a great back up point guard? And if so why would they want to trade them ?

We have one, Toney Douglas.

Douglas hasnt really been setting the world on fire. He may not even be retained

11-2 with Douglas in the lineup.

Not setting the world on fire, but he is playing better (and the team plays better with him) than Harrison

Not really. I like his defense and how hard he plays though

We can get by with Douglas. Much preferable to Harrison.
