Carlsen quickly changed the culture of women's program. Conditioning became a bigger component due to the style of play. After reading a couple articles about current players Glenn and Lehman it sounds like she has brought some fun back to the program. Bennett must have been a task master and she rarely reached out to the community and alumni (also eveident by comments in recent articles).

IMO Monty and his program "sold its soul" with the current sophomore class in order to get some wins last year and the result was an extension. Judging the program from the outside it looks like there is zero chemistry and zero fun. I don't think Monty is the "task master" that Bennett was. His team lack leadership from its upperclassman. I'm also not a fan of his staff. I think he gets undermined from his assistants.

Just my impression watching interaction of players and coaches on the bench. Body language. Probably nothing just something in my gut tells me something isn't right.
