Looks like a law needs changing. Why should the US taxpayers have to foot the bill for this guy? He is about as far from not being able to fund his defense as it gets.

He looks happy to me.

Regardless of him being in solitary for 23 hours per day he will still be likely able to communicate enough to kill his enemies and run his drug empire. This guy is not a dumb*** in regard to how to operate in prison. The best thing that could happen is that he gets his ass slain in custody. He is a POS that deserves it.

Those guys stay in their cells 23 hours a day and are escorted around separately. Only contact is with the guards. TV's and beds are built into their cells.
