didn't he sign? I don't see him listed.
anyone know why?
Did Toledo back off once some of the late guys appeared?
Jamal Allen, S from Livonia Churchill, west suburb of Detroit.
long time commit who didn't sign.
Josh Swilling, DE out of Langston Hughes H.S. in Fairburn, Georgia near Atlanta.
Rivals says he is currently a senior.
Scout lists him as a junior and still committed for the 2018 recruiting class.
Confusing...........

Too bad on the grades......
Allen was a Rivals 3 star and rated #22 best player in Michigan.
Swilling always seem questionable to me.
