Are you going to UCF also? Be interesting to hear a comparison of the fans of the two schools. Of course, USF is down and UCF is doing as well as they ever have. So UCF should be pumped.

Yes, I would guess about 60-75 Memphis fans at the game and most will be at the ucf game, people drove from Orlando, Sarasota and st. Pete.

At the Memphis home games, we sit behind the visitors bench, so it was interesting to sit behind the tigers bench. There were several times where players were trying to get tubby's attention about what play to run or who to guard and tubby would be looking down or at other coaches. I don't know why this was happening, players looked frustrated.

Beautiful weather here on the gulf, mid 70's, nice breeze, there is a kite fest going on with about 30 kites flying right now.

I see attendance at the usf game as 2563

My guess would be 700

Yeah, we're at the lowest level of basketball there has ever been, and you know more about the sport than anyone else on the board. We get your take. We just don't agree . . . with either one.

Hate even posting anymore but when i see crap like this it makes me want to throw up. If we've dropped our expectations to the level that we see beating an 0-10 team without their best player(s) as a nice road win, we might as well demphasize BB even more and get down to middle of pack CUSA level.

The first one that replies "any road win is a good win" can handle just about any coaches post game show. One thing I loved about Cal; after the game, he called it like it was unless bulletin board material involved.

I actually agree with this

My only hope was seeing the poster improve with his responses. There was no need to call someone else's opinion crap. It's uncalled for frankly. The hilarious part is he throws massive hissy fits when he gets called on for his crap but doesn't think twice before calling others' opinions BS, crap, etc. If he had a modicum of respect for others, folks here would take his opinions seriously since he does make good points but has to ruin it by basically insulting folks.

No one with a just a bit of CBB knowledge would call the awful, winless (conf) , missing their best all round player team a nice road win. And the point was, have we lowered our expectations to accept such? A post like that even in Johnny Jones season would have been ridiculed as it well should have been. Did we have a message board then? Hell, I don't know.

But if we did. I think you agree and if someone else have posted this post or these posts about Tubby playing golf and mailing it in, probably not even a response if maybe one or two. I will get hammered and it would have been an avalanche had Keith not agreed with me.

Your comments have become meaningless fodder here much like roadkill or a dog that barks nonstop at 3 in the morning.

They promoted one and not done.

This has been mentioned but it will likely focus a lot on Narcissist's desire for recognition, that he felt he could never get at a solid and big program like Memphis, but only at one of the all timers like a NC or ky.

Will probably watch, for the four years worth highlights anyway. Maybe the DWash Angie if they include that. Once our paid for resources were used to help another school...get me the remote.

You have a two degrees from 2 schools, right? I feel sorry for anyone who had to grade your thesis and written exams.

I suppose the requirement for making sense wasn't heavily weighted back in the day.

Gotta agree. That was tough to sift through.

Really?

I watched the game on television like most of you.

On that same television, our game was followed by that special on the XFL.

During the XFL show they promoted the upcoming show about Calipari.

In the immediate aftermath of our game thread, while it was still out there, I made the comments.

And the same tired mouth breathers then make some deal out of that?

Lord help you.

Losses at ECU, Tulane, USF over the past 2 years will do that to you.

You guys making a big deal over the poster's phrase. I'm sure it was just a figure of speech. We won in conference on the road by double digits. TCB. Next.

You seem to like calling people names.

If you posted more complete sentences like the last one, we could probably follow you a little better. But you posted fragmented comments that didn't seem to tie to anything we were discussing. Rambling like that, then you call us the "mouth breathers".
