A gunshot wound seems rather drastic. He's only got 1 year in the NFL...

Who was the football coach who said, when asked what he thought about his team's execution, "I'm in favor of it!"?

In all seriousness, I'm glad they've been able to bring Pax along in a slower way. I think he'll make them, and all of us, proud.

It was John McKay head coach of the Tampa Bay Bucs. When asked what he thought of his team's offensive execution said, I'm in favor of it. (At least that's pretty close).

Some big staff turnover going on in Denver.

Hopefully they find a good fit at OC to help develop Pax.

This is actually where it can get a little scary for young QB's. Some teams will change offensive coaches and systems every off season, totally hampering the development of a young QB who really needs stability in the system.

Fortunately, John Elway runs the show in Denver and understands all this. He will make stability around his young QB a priority going forward.

I'm not a Jay Cutler fan but this obviously hurt him in Chicago. He seemed to have a different OC every year.

I think Norv Turner would be a great choice to lead the offense and guide the young talent. Elway probably won't go with someone that he can't control though.
