So the DHS chief is saying that he was informed (but won't say by whom) prior to the implementation of the ban

But, it was obvious that few, if anyone, was a aware of how to implement it.

My point was that either Kelly is incompetent, or he's lying about being notified in advance.

And the DHS chief says he saw two drafts of the resolution, and knew in advance that it would be signed Friday morning. So the MSM reports about him learning about it after the fact while he was on a plane is another MSM lie.

Specifically, he said that DHS lawyers participated in preparing the executive order, that he learned Tuesday or Wednesday the order would be signed, and that on Thursday he “found out it would be signed the next day.”
