Anyone have any experience here? Where will I find scalpers? Are they allowed on campus at all, and will be near the arena? Or will they only be on street corners off campus, and if so, is one spot better than another?

There's usually a couple guys in between the soccer stadium and Fifth/Third arena. I've never dealt with them before, so I don't know how well you can haggle --- but they've been present at just about every game.

I park in Calhoun, so I haven't ventured to many other spots on campus pre-game.

I usually run into one walking from Campus Green/Grid area up to the arena around the rec center

This. I usually park on or around Eden Drive and walk down Charlton to get to campus. I will run into the scalpers at the intersection. Like Mercer I have no experience dealing with them.

For football this past season, I ended up using the church parking lot on Eden. $10 parking vs $20 everywhere else.

For football, I usually encountered them on the walk between 5/3 and marge schott stadium.

That's where I park as well. During basketball season I am usually able to get a free spot on Eden Drive or some adjacent street. It's a nice easy walk to campus.
