WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House says President Donald Trump will leave intact a 2014 executive order that protects federal workers from anti-LGBTQ discrimination.
In a statement released early Tuesday, the White House says Trump "is determined to protect the rights of all Americans, including the LGBTQ community" and that he "continues to be respectful and supportive of LGBTQ rights, just as he was throughout the election."

Good. No reason to have opened this can of worms. I don't believe Trump is "anti gay" at all. Now Pence absolutely is and there are plenty others that are, but Trump isn't.

I remember in the 80s or 90s when Trump said he was for gay marriage long before any mainstream democrat.

LGBTQ community members should be excited about Trump. He is a messenger for their cause that can garner the attention of those that would normally tune out the LCBTQ message
