Here is hoping we have some gas left in the tank tomorrow night. Glad we are at home for this one and Drexel has to travel. Drexel put up a fight against Charleston.

Getting a 3rd win in a row would be great to keep the momentum we have going.

If we keep playing together and for each other, we might hit Charleston peaking at the right time.

Drexel has killed us at home in recent years, including last year's loss to them.

We cannot afford a letdown.

I think the short turnaround strongly favors us at home. Plus we're playing so well right now. Spiker is an absolute firebrand. I hope the crowd gets onto him a little.

We certainly got a feel for playing 3 games in essentially 4 days with that opening sequence to start the year. Much better with 3 at home rather than the 3 on the road.

Williams and Austin will be playing in front of family and friends, so, expect inspired play from them, especially since Williams had ZERO rebounds against CofC on Saturday. Need very solid play and no foul trouble with Whitman and Knight, and need to turn their playing 2 bigs together to our advantage.

Per KenPom Drexel's defense is halfway between W&M and Hofstra. So yeah, not good.

We are 10 point favorites, Sagarin has us by 8.

Actually, Rodney was still undecided when Jack committed. He may have been leaning towards Drexel, but Jack's commitment ended the possibility of Rodney in Williamsburg.

Rodney actually reached out to see if there was still a scholarship available, but, unlike this year, when we have so many available they are falling out of trees, we had NO wiggle room that year. It was Rodney's fault though. he just held out too long, looking for a big time offer. Ended up being Drexel's good fortune. Still a good kid. Wish we had been able to get him, as well.
