A couple years ago...I contacted a declining board of Cuse Fans (probably the 4th board with about 15 posters)...told them to come here...and you would have a home and probably gain a few posters and several drive byes from other fans along with access to all the other boards. They told me flatly...they liked their little group that averaged 6-8 posts a day. They are no longer. SMF'ers

Louisville fans have Scout, Rivals and 24/7 boards. The 24/7 board is the least active. Scout and Rivals are managed by local media guys that do more than host a message board. Jody and Howie both host radio programs.

Not sure how things will work out for Louisville but personally I hope the Louisville Scout board goes independent.

At this time CBS says the plan is for 247 and Scout to be independent of each other keeping all the publishers.

Spot on...when our board (syracusefan.com) went Indy I was afraid it would be a bad move to leave Scout/Rivals, etc...best decision they ever made.

No way there wouldn't be an assimilation to some degree...
