C-USA men's basketball tournament bracket 2017
Does anyone know if the tournament brackets are set this year like the 2016 tournament?

Wikipedia has a bracket listed where seeds 1 and 4 play in the evening session on Thursday and seeds 2 and 3 play in the day session on Thursday.
Wikipedia also states the teams will reseed after the quarterfinals.

The C-USA website only has times listed.

I'm curious if the brackets might be adjusted to allow UAB to play in the evening sessions on Wednesday or Thursday?

The Friday session is during the day at 11:30am and 2pm and Saturday final is a night game at 7:30pm all dictated by TV.

I believe (don't know for sure), that it will be like last year...where game times are determined by seed, without changing for the host

Its my understanding the format has changed slightly to allow the host team to choose the start time for its session. This would NOT allow the host to move its game to the evening session if the bracket had them playing in the afternoon.

So second place most likely out us in the evening session. Still need to win the regular season but the consolation prize is not bad.

According to that bracket, #2 would have us either at 11:30 or 2 on Thursday.

But is that the number to bracket or the number to seed. The number one and number two seed you're not going to be in the same bracket

Conference USA has no seeds locked into specific times or sessions on its tournament website. I can find no evidence of a hard-wired bracket for either the men's or women's tournaments...only game schedules with tip times and broadcasting information.

What's the rationale of having the semifinals during the day? Attendance killer...
