When I was driving into campus I saw a student with a shirt like this on, except it didn't have the *'s on it. I gave him a thumbs up.

Indeed. Convicts beat the Catholics tonight.

Seems like xu is both catholics and convicts in this series. Both of our starting guards were their high school's valedictorians.

I blew beer out of my nose listening to the WLW feed when they said (late in the game) "And Caupain just totally exposed Macura!"

RE: Great win but...
-Jesuits are just barely Catholic anyway.
-Second best school on Victory Parkway in that neighborhood.
-Their football team is as good as their med school.
-Most of their historic basketball performances end in a loss.
-Campus looks like a large private high school.
-Oak Hill Academy wants their principles back.

Kevin Johnson and Caupain were valedictorians? That true?

This thing about how XU is a bunch of convicts, please stop it, it's not even true. You can dislike a team without calling a bunch of college kids convicts and saying their cheerleaders and girls in general are ugly.

When I was a kid I actually liked XU, and one of the things that turned me off when I was older was that a lot of their fans were holier-than-thou and called UC's players thugs and convicts who didn't graduate. Most UC fans resented that at the time. Now I guess we're cool with doing it ourselves?

Uh, this is a UC board. It's totally safe to hate all things Xavier here.

Carry on.

Besides, looking at the police blottters of the last decade (including the ones in Norwood that get buried), Xavier basketball has been the home of thugs for a long time now. The Catholics are the convicts, so to speak.
