Funny thing is, Josh couldn't beat a ranked team by no more that 5-6 points while here. Somebody fact check me on this. We don't want to have this wrapped up in alternative facts. lol

Watched this FSU team a couple of times. F4 capable. If you are going to criticize him like a dog the past few years, you have to man up and give him credit this year. Nothing short of a COY job SO FAR.

Very happy for Josh. Looks like there may have been things other than coaching that affected Josh's teams here.

In the running for Coach of the year. Miraculous considering he doesn't have a single Top 100 player.

COY job? Can't get blown out by 50. But definitely great wins in NC and FSU.

Maybe.

His act also hasn't worn thin yet.

He finally hired a quality X/O coach.

Lammers may be the best big he's had as a coach.

The expectation bar was at the bottom.

But a change of scenery was likely good for him.

Whatever. He couldn't and wasn't doing it here. And it was getting worse. Just not a good fit. I couldn't care less if he wins a national championship. It's a flawed premise to think "what could've been" ... he had plenty of time here. Just not the same situation.

7 years and Tiger program has basically gone downhill. It was time to move on. Terrible hire in hindsight...just not a good fit for Memphis.

They were 21-15 and 8-10 in the ACC last year.

Lammers is a JR he inherited.

I don't know what else he inherited but give him full credit for putting a roster and staff together.

Yes if the rest of his season is like this, he will be ACC COY. Ask anyone who covers ACC.
