Clemson beat College of Charleston last night 8-4 to improve to 17-4 on the season. Now they'll head up to Cranston, RI for a series with BC this weekend.

I'm not 100% positive, but it sounds like Cincy used two of their weekend starters in relief last night -- one of whom threw 90 pitches in his outing.

SO ... Cincy REALLY wanted that win ... We went with freshmen pitchers ... so it is, what it is ... Still sucks to lose to Cincy.

Road woes continue from last season

Pack coach argues 2 plays in the bottom of the third & the umpires reverse their calls? Yeah, that's not home cooking. Cards still winning 4-3 however.

Pack hits a 3 run HR with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th to tie it at 6. Extra innings.

Cards give up 3 run dinger with 2 out in the btm of 9th to force extra innings .... clutch shot by the Pack there ... doesn't feel like the Cards are ready for the road.

That #1 ranking has been quite the curse for the Cardinals.

Clemson sweeps BC with a 2-0 win today. Clemson is now 20-4, 8-1 on the season.

Today's win was the 15th straight win for the Tigers away from home, a school record.

Clemson hosts Furman Tuesday and Winthrop Wednesday before traveling to Georgia Tech next weekend .
