We need to see the full team play. We have had a couple of games where, everyone was on the floor at the same time and they were still feeling each other out.

JMU (satisfied with outcome...first game together)
Richmond (happy with outcome)
Louisville (ugh)
LSU (ugh)
St. John's (happy with outcome)
Rice (happy with outcome)
North Texas (ehh...we won)

Let these guys get healthy and get on the floor together.

While we lost to Louisville, I was pretty proud that the team surpassed my expectations and took the game into OT. I was expecting a trip to the woodshed.

Oh absolutely. I wasn't saying I was upset with the way we played. The outcome sucked but it showed us what type of players we have.

This is the longest sprained ankle recovery ever.

If it is a high ankle sprain, that may be up to 4-6 weeks before he even thinks about playing. It's been less than 3 weeks.

Yeah I got a high ankle sprain playing soccer before Thanksgiving and it STILL doesn't feel right. I started playing again about 4 weeks after but only once a week and limited minutes. Totally different situation, but the point is, these are dangerous injuries to play around with. Holding him out is the correct approach for his longevity.
