This sucks, but it is the business and schools get screwed by kids a heck of a lot more often than the other way around. It does sound like Edsall is an asshat though.

It is a bad spot that this young man was put in, but it is probably going to be the case that he ends up at an FCS school. I wish him luck.

Wherever this young man ends up, I hope that he will have the chance, one day, to suit up against UConn.

This would be a great opportunity for ODU to offer him, but they probably don't have any more scholarships left to offer this year. Maybe if one of their recruits bolts for another school at the last minute.

if we have the opening, be great to have a linebacker with a chip on his shoulder.......

Another reason why a early signing period would be good.

If we haven't recruited him, then it would be risky if he wasn't up to Uconn quality. We are hopefully a better team than the Huskies.
