Interesting. I hadn't thought of that. Does anyone know if it's true that his agent negotiated that? It makes sense since they stopped taking questions at the breakfasts and on the coaches show last year and now doing away with the show all together. There are definitely some strange things going on with the athletic department right now.

I don't know with certainty, but I find that hard to believe. It was never like Jones (or any of our coaches) have ever been grilled publicly.

The coach's show was a money issue with the new contract with Max. They had to cut something to get to the price they wanted. BB coach's shows were it.

To me there's nothing delicious about IPAs although I realize folks do love their deliciousness. In the end it was my fault for not asking what they were serving up. I just wanted to ***** cause that's what people do here.

I had good facetime with Jones at previous coaches caravans in Richmond.

IPAs are tough due to short shelf life. Once the hops start to oxidize and fall off, you're left with a bitter, malty, muddled mess of a beer. Unfortunately, most local bottle shops leave their IPAs out room temp and they sit there for a long time. To me there is nothing better than a fresh, juicy IPA, but the old ones will turn people off to the style for sure.
