I think Lester is going to have a bit of a feeding frenzy on some of these late de-commits. I want SO BAD for him to flip one back from Minn.

He isn't going to flip a guy back from Minny. No way no how. Fleck is already gaining momentum. Got an athlete today that was committed to Oregon at one time I think.

Needs to keep the guys we got and hopefully add a few. There is a couple Purdue guys we may have a chance at.

I'd love to see him flip just one local Gopher commit back to us. Nate Umlor is one that comes to mind...

Are there any guys who were Minnesota commits that Fleck is passing on? There are going to be good football players who aren't going to find many spots when the they have to reopen their recruitment.

Yes, although Fleck honored the offers of all of the in-state (MN) commits, there were a few out of state commits the previous staff really liked that Fleck's new staff has told to look elsewhere --

Jakyle Holmes (RB)
Brett Kittrell (OG/C)
Claudin Cherelus (S/LB)
Jimmie Terry (juco OG)
Javan Hawes (WR)

Hawes and Holmes in particular were very highly regarded by the prior staff. I don't think any of the above guys have committed elsewhere yet. Three other decommits were flips to other schools prior to Fleck coming on board.
