ESPN ranks all 42 Bowls
I like ESPN's rankings better then the list CBS put out.

4. Armed Forces (LA Tech vs. Navy)
6. Heart of Dallas (North Texas vs. Army)
18. Bahamas (ODU vs. ECU)
22. New Mexico (UTSA vs. New Mexico)
24. New Orleans (Southern Miss vs. ULL)
26. Boca (WKU vs. Memphis)
28. Hawaii (Hawaii vs. MT)

Actually, the Rose Bowl was by far the best game for a fan to watch. In the top 5 of my favorite games
