We could do it for a home & home -- and say he can't use it on anything until his 2nd year... or they can use it on their 1st year out of the gates, but we get 100% revenue from our home game, while getting a High amount for going to their stadium for a game (which would be more than a 50% revenue of a standard Minn home game).

Don't dismantle a thing. If Minnesota/Fleck wants RTB, let them come to us with an offer -- and let things play out from there. This isn't just about of investment in our facilities, this is also about the thousands of fans who purchased the RTB apparel. Fleck was initially a huge gamble -- our administration/alumni bought in. It positioned Fleck for a new position in the Big 10 -- and now it's time for our return on investment.

what if the new coach doesn't want to work underneath the previous coaches legacy? From his perspective it likely won't make sense anyway. I say sell it for enough to purge the Seelye Center and do it up according to the wishes of the new coach. It's old news. Move on.

Get a bid from the company that did the row stuff in the first place:

Which is why Kathy made a call immediately, and has stated so publicly. We are showing an understanding that Minn, and Fleck do not have free reign over this, and we want to resolve the process.

Hey, whatever we can get out of the deal. PJ doesn't care, it's up to the Gopher AD. Might be a chance for PJ to kiss and make up, I'm sure he doesn't want hard feelings with his former fan base and employers-if for no other reason than it looks good when he interviews with for that Dream Job down the road.
