Final letter grades for all 128 programs by USA TODAY
Only four teams earned an A+, one of them was the AP #15. NICE.
C- is for Chippewa
and 3 powerhouse programs got the dreaded F. Sparty, ND & UCLA

I'd put Notre Dame at a D or D-. MSU, definitely an F. I'd put Marshall at a D- or F -- no excuse for them to be so bad this year. Same with Buffalo, as they got hosed by a D1AA.
