My take

Cincy: Flanders. People are jealous of their extended periods of success. Stupid Flanders!



UConn: Bugs + Lola Bunny. Traditionally, the best basketball players on our toon squad.



UCF: Daffy Duck. Has some goofy rivalry with Bugs.



USF: Barney Gumble. They've been pretty inept at times, but they can do some things when they "sober up".



Tulsa: Stewie Griffin. Little school that does things it shouldn't be able to and has an over inflated view of itself.



Tulane: Grandpa Simpson. No one knows why we keep them around, but they're here.



Memphis: Tigger (The wonderful thing about Tiggers is that Tiggers are wonderful things!)



Houston: Sterling Archer. A suave secret agent. Looks good on the outside. Serious flaws once you get past the tactleneck.



SMU: Scrooge McDuck. They swim in pools full of money and use it to win games.



Navy: Obviously Popeye. They're kind of anachronistic, but they're strong when they eat their spinach!



ECU: Homer Simpson. Strictly because Lebo has a job that he's unqualified for and doesn't get fired, even though he keeps melting down the reactor.



Temple: Mr. Owl. How many licks does it take to get a conference championship?

lol...I couldn't find it on bing or google when I searched "American Athletic Conference Simpson's characters." I then had to find it on my social media.

I forgot about that. It's been a while. lol Well, I like the expanded references that I made.

I feel bad for Memphis. There's got to be something better for them.

I would make Aresco with a picture of the Emperor with no clothes. But nudity would get me kicked off.
