Curious to what the App State reaction is to UNCC getting a H&H with ECU? Do you feel like they got a better deal?

We got a four game deal with one in Boone and a home game at BofA in Charlotte. UNCC got a two game deal. I'd say ours is better.

I'm surprised ECU is agreeing to play at Richardson Stadium since it only holds 15k. I would have thought they would demand to play at BofA.

Richardson is expandable and the game there isn't until 2024, so it's not out of question that seating capacity will be higher by then.

Can't seem to find anything out there other than rehashed news releases but I wonder if the @Charlotte end of it is contingent on the stadium being a certain capacity by a deadline?
With the current state of UNCCs football you really think they will expand?

Charlotte has a football team?

Apparently

We’ve had one since 1996, looking pretty good this year at 5-3.

App definitely got the better deal. We already have 6 home games the year we play in Charlotte and get most of that gate.

We won on these series, we are playing a game at Bank of America Stadium against ECU. Splitting the gate, and less than 15 miles from UNCC's campus.....
