committee cares about schedule, and you dont play memphis or navy..most mwc have better schedules ..you'll be top 25 but low 20's, and easily jumped by boise or sdsu if undefeated or 1 loss
if houston flops, your schedule is dead
Tulsa will pick up the slack. They'll probably get a second shot at us in the CCG anyways so that helps them double.

Tulsa and USF will be the conference standard bearers again next year.

I know you were being facetious, but...
Actually, I believe it is a safety on an extra point play by the other team. So, the opposing score would have to be a min of 6.

I thought it was funny since Temple vs. Army is one game I could still see a super low scoring battle in. Maybe they'd just spot Army a point for ***** and giggles.

Tulsa is the new ECU. So touchy about being respected that everything is perceived as a slight.

Nah, you don't understand how some ECU folk think... clearly they want to fire a 2nd year coach after 4 (edit 3 games) games in before conference play. That way we can convince someone "better" that it's a great job and you'll have plenty of time to implement a winning system.
"Hey up and coming coach, come coach for us after we unceremoniously fired a Pirate lifer and decent coach, then fired another coach and good recruiter after 15 games"
Makes perfect sense doesn't it?

im assuming you are counting ecu beating JMU, despite just winning a fcs national championship. who is your other win ..which likely top 25 team are you calling 3 win ecu to upset
and
--Arizona was 3-9 and anu solomon is transferring out
--texas tech was 5-7 and their qb that accounted for 80% of their offense is entering the draft
--rice was a 3 win c-usa team
--utsa was a 6 win c-usa team
id ask which 2 team you are calling beating houston, but i honestly dont care..the logic will probably just be bad
the offseason: ECU fans favorite time of the year

I think Houston will be better than everyone on their non-conference schedule but 3-1 is the most likely record.

First off I doubt either Boise or SDSU will be undefeated and their MWC schedule will be no better than USF's AAC schedule.
If USF goes 12-0 and wins the East they would face the best team from the West so they would play Memphis or Navy should they be the west best.
The important part for USF is to win out.

SDSU's schedule is tough next year. We play AFA, UNM and Boise from the Mountain Division, have to play Hawaii on the road, and OOC we play Stanford, NIU, @ Arizona State and UC Davis. Look for SDSU to go 10-2 or 9-3.
With that, at 12-1 SDSU would be in the Access Bowl no matter who the loss is to. I highly doubt a 12-1 record is attainable though.
