ACC
Top Tier 1-3
1. Orange (Can't change until 2026)
2 Citrus/Tampa B10 Split vs SEC (Offer B10 Russell Orlando Bowl vs B12 an out where they don't lose a bowl to the ACC for playing the Orange)
3. Alamo or Liberty bowl vs B12

Mid Tier 4-7
Gator vs SEC
Belk vs SEC
Sun vs P12
Pin Stripe vs B10

Lower Tier 8-10
Texas Bowl (Houston) vs B12
Independence vs SEC
Move Detroit to Chicago vs B10

Last Bowl - 11
Military Bowl even years and Birmingham odd years vs AAC

Contingent agreements with Military and Birmingham in off years.

For the ACC, I would like to see a deal similar to the Citrus Bowl deal for years when the SEC receives the Orange Bowl invite. This could be the Citrus Bowl, but could also be the Outback or the SEC side of the Gator/Music City Bowl split.

Not sure why you dropped the Music City. I know the ACC has a long history with the Gator, but the Music City has a much bigger payout than the Gator.

The Texas Bowl actually has a very large payout. There is no way that is on the table for the ACC's lower tier. It may actually be a candidate for your number 3 slot, possibly vs. the B12. The Alamo currently has the #1 P12 and #1 B12 schools after the NY6. Not sure why they would be interested in the #2 ACC.

Finally, I see the Military as far preferable to the Detroit or Independence Bowls because it is so geographically friendly (i.e., fans of many ACC schools can drive to the game)

I actually I think I confused Heart of Dallas with the Texas Bowl. If the ACC could get Texas, it would need to move to Mid Tier. Then have the bottom three be lower tier. Nashville just happen to be the the bowl that drew the short straw. It could be Gator instead of Nashville, but for Gator is closer. 04-cheers
