Are you surprised tho? ESPN has no interest in giving G5 programs respect. If we actually got mentioned nationally, we might actually be able to get better and threaten the P5's precious monopoly.

First off it was a down year for the G5. Also, the only one that immediately comes to mind that would have been on there would have been the Houston/Oklahoma FG runback by Houston.

Central Michigan had their game against Central Michigan.

And Army is P6. So it is not a full G5 game.

I saw Central Michigan's winning TD against Oklahoma State. But that was it.

1st, the SEC certainly doesn't think anyone is a "P6" team.
2nd, they claim to count you as P5 as an excuse to call Notre Dame P5. They don't really think Army is P5, nor does anyone else.

USC's twitter posted that the montage omitted the Rose Bowl. Espn just sucks.

That was noticeably surprising, although I'd grant that the Rose Bowl didn't fit into the chronological order of the montage (as it would have been a bit disjointed to have semifinal highlights and then a Rose Bowl clip and then back to the national championship game highlights). I don't believe ESPN showed highlights from *any* of the bowls outside of the playoff games.

This Toledo fan just didn't bother watching Clemson and Alabama. I will watch the playoff when ALL conferences are included
