He was co-OC with Tim Beck, who left to go to Texas.

OSU hired Kevin Wilson to replace Beck. Who presumably will take over the full OC role, while Warinner would be demoted back to Tight Ends.

Meyer was not happy after getting shut out by Clemson, vowed to fix offense including passing better.

Which is probably where Wilson comes in.

Beck may have gotten out before he was fired. Warinner is highly-regarded as OL coach.

Warriner lost play calling duties for next year to Kevin Wilson...hes Co-OC in name only now.
