James Madison would be the only team I would be interested in, anyone else just adds another mouth to feed that wouldn't significantly strengthen the conference

If we add these two schools will our tv dollars go up? I know we get very little as it is but we need to keep as much as possible for our schools. Let C-USA have them if they wanna move up.

Sure am glad App got in before you took over!

I don't want to add any teams.

But if we did... MTSU/WKU work for me.

Only ones I would hold out for are Southern Miss and UAB. Other than those, no moves.

NMSU
TX State
UTSA
stAte
Mo-State
UL

That would be pretty dang fun and relatively compact.

Invitees need to actually add to the Sunbelt. If a school can add revenue, prestige, or overall quality of sports, cool. Their revenue bump needs to exceed the tv revenue payout split. I'm a fan of reshuffling with CUSA but staying put at 10 is ideal right now.

I'm talking about at this point. I'm was happy when App and GSU decided to join the SBC. That was not suppose to be a dig at you guys.

Ideal: Southern Miss plus JMU

Reality: We're probably better off with our current membership.

If the Belt truly needs another member, Missouri State and UTC jump out at me. But I see no need to dilute the money without value (as CUSA did). North Dakota State makes zero sense to me. NMSU is another possibility in my view.

Remember, UTA is a full member of the conference and can simply add football and cruise into FBS as South Alabama did. No to Wichita or JMU who'll just leave for greener pastures almost immediately.

Im fine w UALR as is. Im not in love w Eastern Kentucky either.
