I was looking through this thread full of posts from our rivals--all of them except Richmond, that is. Then I went to their forum and read their JMU thread.

Talk about a school with a bad case of peni$ envy.

This was a great win for JMU. JMU showed class throughout the playoffs. Your defeat of NDSU was great. If that game was played in Harrisonburg, JMU would have really killed NDSU.

Congrats JMU fans! I knew that your team was going to be special after that 4th Q rout back in September.

Please....PLEASE enjoy this moment for a bit before you go on worrying about which conference you are moving to, etc, etc.

We have a LOT coming back next season and will be adding a stud running back in Marcus Marshall from Georgia Tech.

NDSU will have their 2 all americans back on defense that were out of the JMU game. MLB Nic Deluca (2nd round nfl pick) & NT Nick Tanguay... we will be just fine :) cya next year!

Depends on what you consider cold. Our windchill advisory the other day was for -61F?

This was year 1 of our new defense... just wait until year 2! We are losing some pieces, but gaining some fantastic pieces. Marshall from GT is just one piece. We are going to be intact to defend our title next year. I know I'm not the only one to say I really hope if we have to face you, it'll happen in Harrisonburg. You guys have one hell of a home field advantage. In my eyes that week was for the title.
