You don't seem very impartial for a mod. I bet you haven't warned your fellow Arkansas State poster. Everyone needs to stay off each others boards. Clearly many aren't adult enough to make it work.

That wasn't the point. The problem with neg reps is that there is no actual consequence for receiving a neg rep, but there is a consequence for giving out too many to a particular poster

It's a system that is ripe for abuse.

True. I only know about Cat Mom because I sometimes lurk on the Sun Belt board, and I see his boastfulness about moderating.

As I already posted elsewhere: If certain posters of the AAC troll pack (I presume you're familiar with Bearcats #1 by now?) continue to go to other conference boards, crap all over them, then run back to the AAC board and cry for moderators when people on those boards come over to have words ... they will deal with me. There will be no warnings. It will be straight to here, have a time out ban. This baiting and running from a subset of trolls on the AAC board will cease. I am specifically targeting the AAC trolls because they are the lion's share of the problem right now.
