Les Miles - Yes
All in for Les.

He wants to coach - no other options at FBS.

Talent on roster, talent in recruits. He would keep them and possibly poach some.

In what other scenario than what we currently have could we be an option for a National Championship coach? None.

We could likely get at fair price (see Charlie Strong) with his LSU buyout.

KB should go all in for him.

He said today he's open to non P5 job.

Bring him in.

Who should be his OC? Bad O was his downfall.

Watched WMU offensive film "learned a lot from time off." I'm sure he recognizes need for offensive change. He'd bring it.

OMG Les Miles is another UM grad. That has never worked as a hire at WMU.

There is no reason to bring in an outsider to change course.

So this would basically be copying Ohio and Solich, albeit with a better coaching career.

Would love Les Miles but sounds like he wants to stay a long time at his next stop, and I think we are just too small of a program.

RE: Les Miles - Yes
I would be interested in seeing how long he wants to keep coaching, He is getting older. I would love to have him come in and build in an OC as a replacement in the future. I think the idea of bringing in Miles and try to get him to hire Lester as a future replacement and perhaps be the lead on recruiting would be great.
