I'm a tad surprised a decision hasn't been made with national signing day right around the corner. I suppose however it's better to make sure you hire the right guy that way you don't ruin the momentum WMU has gained with its fan base.

Unfortunately the timing couldn't be any worse for WMU. If Fleck left for a job as soon as the clock hit zero in the MACC, plenty of P5 coordinators and FCS coaches would be falling over themselves to RTB even if Fleck took some recruits. But at this point it's so late that unfortunately, you may end up with Mike Neu minus the NFL experience. Hope the Broncos don't fall by the wayside like BG did this year.
