A cursory search doesn't show the book was ever released, but I emphasize "cursory".

What recent teams have abandoned their nickname for an all together new one. I mean as a complete makeover. What would you replace Buccaneer with if it was up to you?

I've always wanted to be the Frontiersmen.

I don't know why we let WVU, App, and UT take all our historical relevance. It's our history as well, in the case of UT they stole Crockett from us for their Volunteer. It would be an easy transition for the Boone/Crockett kids in Wash Co too.

Of course the ideal rebranding would be to turn us into the State of Franklin University Frontiersmen. I'll keep dreaming.
