Much more realistic than a school who currently pays 1.4 million suddenly paying 6 million LOL.

I think the idea of Chip Kelly going to ND is very far fetched.

He is coming off an NCAA Show Cause Order, isn't he?

If so, that alone would likely preclude ND from hiring him.

On the flip side, I doubt Chip Kelly would like ND structural issues like higher academic requirements, no JUCO's, no athletic dorms, Code of Conduct, Coach doesn't handle player discipline (Residence Life does), etc.....

The Holy Cross Fathers who run the school exercise lots of control and place lots of restrictions on the football coach.

Chip Kelly would likely go to a program that gives him more control and places less restrictions upon its head coach.

LOL. You seem to have a much different opinion of ND than the rest of the country. Notre Dame is as dirty as it gets. Catholics in general are skilled at coverups and hush $. Brian Kelly killed someone at football practice and let known rapists play in a NC game. The sad part is that ND never even won a BCS bowl or a NY6. All that cheating and nothing to show for it.

Chip might be a little too clean cut for ND. Briles is probably a better fit. Tressel might be a good fit as well. Or Petrino.

It is not what I think that is important to this issue. It is what the Holy Cross Fathers think. They won't hire Chip Kelly.

The no JUCOs, no athletic dorms and the Residence Life discipline issues, etc... are true statements.

Do you think not? Tell me where I am wrong since you know so much about the inner workings at ND.

BTW, your "rapist" comment is inaccurate. Declan Sullivan's death was an accident and his parents still support ND.

While you are at it, name another school that would have suspended its starting quarterback (Everett Golson) and point guard (Jerian Grant) in the same year for grades (not ineligible, just internal grade issues), plus suspend a number of other players for the same reason.

I am not saying that ND is morally superior, I am saying that the structural/control restrictions on coaches is real. But, you didn't read my post closely enough to get that, I guess.

Chip Kelly will not want to coach at Notre Dame.

P.S. Religious bigotry much? Overgeneralize much?

P.P.S. An Oklahoma fan talking about cheating (The Boz, Barry Switzer, etc.) and discipline issues (Joe Mixon for one) at another school? That is rich.

LOL Typical Catholic. Write a check and it all goes away. LOL.

Safe to say you are fired up about this. The reason it bothers you is because it's' true. Funny how that works.

Where did I say write a check? That is at least two times you claim that I wrote something I did not.

That first line of yours proves all one needs to know about you.

Not bothered at all. Just having a bit of fun seeing just how much lack of reading comprehension you have and how much of an bigoted assclown you really are.
