And, we STILL aren't moving the ball prudently on offense once in a set. Jaylen Fornes with a nice steal but was fouled. Under 8 timeout Hawk up 16.

That may put you ahead of UNCW....

Lol. At our last home game they had a separate line for hot dogs and people were told they may run out before they get to be served

Trolley Dogs was contracted this year, and they haven't quite worked out the formula to provide for the anticipated crowds.

Drexel almost got it under 10.
We are still shooting a lot of 3s.

Ever been to a game at Delaware? Seriously nice food choices - including steamship round of beef.

Never have been able to figure out why it's so hard to offer better concessions. In the past it has been alleged that the same crappy vendor that has the food contract across the campus has the Trask business as part of their contract. So why not just exclude Trask from their next contract if they cant step it up?

I mean, it's not a sports school to begin with. Sports and school spirit are just not at the forefront of students' minds (at least those who actually live on campus). Once you parents that 26k down to the ~15k undergrads, and the 8k undergrads that are actually on campus at any given time, 3-4k is no longer realistic.

The last couple of years, student interest in the Drexel program has died down as the team has struggled. But at our home opener, the student section was completely packed with around 1,000 students. Every home game since then has taken place over break. I have a feeling it's going to be close to a packed house next week against Delaware, when students are back on campus.

It will be great when some of our guys begin to feel more comfortable out there. Cacok looked good out there and so did Ingram. We NEED to get everybody else rolling as well. This team is blowing out teams and still not playing close to their ability.

I think the one thing people don't take into account with either NU or DU is that we're co-op schools. In other words starting in your soph yr students take alternating 6 month internships, many of which are off campus. When you aren't on co-op you are back taking classes. I did two of my three co-ops in LA, but my co-op period ended in December. That was important for me b/c it allowed me to get to broadcast CAA games for NU(really hated missing OOC games tho).

These co-ops tend to drive down the total number of students on campus at any given time. It's great for your career not necessarily great in terms of building on campus school spirit for sports.

They did add Trolley Stop hotdogs and Chic-fil-A. Plus the hot food truck out in front of Trask. But they did cut out the Vitamin Water.

As explained below your post it really is not reasonable. However you really should use "premier" with a truckload of grains of salt. No sports are premier at Drexel.

Funny because I did the opposite. I turned it off at halftime because I couldn't bear to watch any more of that. Can't believe you guys let it get close before opening it back up. Also that final score was awful close to that 94-73 predicted score I made. My prediction would have been a slam dunk in Evan's CAAT game.

Regardless of how the game ended up, I'm still leary of double digit spreads in this league. Almost all spreads considering what jmu is doing thus far.

Spreads are made to make Vegas money. So of course you should be leary of all spreads. However last night both double digit favorites (UNCW and NU) cruised with little push back (yes I know DU went on a run and cut it to 9 after being down 20+). JMU is rewriting vegas's thoughts and information used to create spreads since they were an utter disaster in the non conference and over night learned how to play again. Vegas will catch up to them soon enough and be much closer on their spreads.

We'll have to get used to those, I imagine. We're the conference bullies these days and that leads to double-digit spreads.

Anyone hear what happened in the first half to result in the double Ts? I can only imagine that because both guys were Td up that both players contributed to the unpleasantness.
