The have been on him pretty hard from what I have heard. No to mention, they seem to be a little more RB friendly scheme wise. They also just beat out EMCC and NECC for the QB at Hernando. That would be a pretty good duo provided that Richardson doesn't qualify or the Hernando QB doesn't land a high enough D1 offer to his liking before signing day.
