Exclamation Biggest recruiting "flips" Herman, Fleck
Since Tom "Peewee" Herman has left Houston, he has actively fought to flip recruits who had originally agreed to go Houston while he was there. PJ "Booger" Flick is pulling the same slimy crap at Minnesota, taking all the best WMU guys.
In the past week:
-Marquez Bimage has signed a national letter of intent with Texas after originally being a Houston recruit. Another 3 star Coog flipped to Texas. Herman says more will come. Stay tuned.
-8 of the best players of WMU's (formerly) great class of recruits have signed NLI's with Minnesota in the past day. Biggest loss was a star QB who was the gem of the class.
Anyone else have any names of "flippers"?
Cheers!

There's been some speculation that Kyle Allen will transfer to UT after graduating from Houston in May. Allen is a former 5* recruit that started for A&M in parts of 2014 and 2015 before transferring to UH and redshirting this past year.

Yeah, wouldn't surprise me. I always keep an eye out for red shirt Juniors who have graduated with 1 season of Eligibility left. The first I heard about that loophole was when Urban Meyer took a few Seniors from Utah to Florida with him in 2005. The UNLV coach took his son (Kuglar) with him with the same loop hole.
Cheers!

WMU had been ranked the highest G5 class until 48 hours ago having 20, 3 star recruits. That has shrunk to 10, 3 star recruits as of this moment.

Cheers!

When Louisville hired Charlie Strong from Florida, he very publicly declared he would NOT go after recruits that had committed to UF.

However, once he took the Texas gig, he did NOT do the same for recruits who had committed to U of L. Poona Ford, a starting D Tackle for Texas the past few seasons is one name I remember from that recruiting class. I know that posters on the U of L rivals site can tell you a few more.

And yeah --- it sucks. But ... that is life.

Unfortunately, crying about it gets you nowhere.
