It is going to backfire. They are giving power to people that have no business having it and no clue how to use it. Do we really want congress involved in sports?

Doesn't work for me either. It wouldn't surprise me though, anything the P5 ADs do. They have a severe case of arrogance and short-sightedness.

Chill with the conspiracy stuff. It includes all 129 FBS programs. There is not going to be a split any time in the near or probably distant future.

A PAC is for lobbying so the entire FBS AD group will be lobbying to avoid paying athletes among other things.
